Returns & Exchanges

At The Loaded Tea Shop, we want you to feel energized by your purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our blends, we cannot accept returns on opened tea kits or custom flavor packs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened tea products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please keep your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
